Ventureland is a location from the video-game Epic Mickey (2010). It is based on Adventureland from the Disney Parks and has various elements from the Jungle Cruise and Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room.

Description[]

Ventureland is a dark, jungle area located within the Wasteland, a twisted version of Disneyland which is used to house forgotten and scrapped cartoon characters. Ventureland was made to be the counterpart to Adventureland in Disneyland, baring influence from jungle/tropical Disney properties such as The Jungle Cruise, Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room, Peter Pan, Pirates of the Caribbean, The Jungle Book, and The Swiss Family Treehouse.

Ventureland was connected to the Wasteland's hub Mean Street via a projector-screen playing the Mickey Mouse cartoon, Jungle Rhythm (1929). It was also connected to the jungles along with, "Tortooga" and, "Skull Rock", a home for the many cartoon pirate/Peter Pan inhabitants of the Wasteland.
