The Tiki Drummers are the conjectural name for characters/objects from Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room.
Description[]
The Tiki Drummers are wooden idols belonging to the Enchanted Tiki Room, capable of becoming animate. The most recognizable resembled hunched-over monkeys, but the middle one represents an entity with two tusks and a feather on his head. That drummer moves his head left and right. Another middle drummer, found only in Disneyland, has a mask-like face with multiple feathers on it.
History[]
Background[]
The Tiki Drummers are of unknown origin. They would perform in the Enchanted Tiki Room's musical revues alongside its flowers and birds. In 1938, one was seemingly shipped by the Jungle Navigation Company. At least two would be put in the Enchanted Tiki Bar of JNC member, Trader Sam who was connected to the Tiki Room's gods.
