Jungle Cruise[]

An open book in the jungle appeared in the Magic Kingdom's Jungle Cruise where it was referred to be skippers as a copy of the Jungle Book. Meet 'n' greet characters such as Baloo the Bear and King Louie can sometimes be found outside of the Jungle Cruise's building. The python also resembles Kaa from the film.

Skipper Canteen[]

An edition of the Jungle Book appears in the library of the Jungle Navigation Company's headquarters. Said book is used to open the secret passage connecting to the meeting-hall for the Society of Explorers and Adventurers. In the menus, there are illustrations of the bandar-log monkeys from Disney's Jungle Book.[1]

Baloo can be found outside the boathouse in this video-game.

Merchandise[]

In 1994, McDonalds made a line of Disney Happy Meal toys which included King Louie the orangutang riding a Jungle Cruise boat.

Baloo’s Virtual Swingin’ Jungle Cruise[]

This was a feature on the 40th anniversary special edition DVD of the 1967 Disney Jungle Book adaptation. It was a virtual Jungle Cruise featuring characters from the Jungle Cruise film.

Adventureland[]

Adventureland in the Disney Parks have various aspects of Jungle Book theming. In Tokyo Disneyland, there is a large mosaic of Kaa in the ground outside of the Adventureland Bazaar and Jungle Carnival. The Jungle Carnival itself is mainly themed around the Jungle Book.

Expedition Everest[]

King Louie and Baloo can often be found in Asia at Disney's Animal Kingdom, themed to the kingdom of Anandapur.

The Lion King[]

In Disneyland Paris' Adventureland is a sculpture representing Zazu from the Lion King with Kaa from the Jungle Book behind him.

  • An in-universe Jungle Book appears in the City Hall of Main Street, U.S.A. where it is written by, "Mancub" AKA Mowgli.[2]
