The Enchanted Tiki Room (Under New Management) was a re-theming of Tropical Serenade in the Magic Kingdom's Adventureland from 1998 to 2011. The attraction was themed in part to the films Aladdin (1992) and The Lion King (1994) and is frequently connected to the Jungle Cruise property.

Backstory[]
Around the 1990s, the Enchanted Tiki Room of Polynesia was sold by Hollywood executives to the birds Iago and Zazu via their respective agents William and Morris. Iago was a devious parrot which was formerly the henchman to the ancient Arabian sorcerer-turned-genie Jafar, while Zazu had served as majordomo of the African Pride Lands under the lions of Pride Rock. However, Iago has plans to turn the Enchanted Tiki Room into a contemporary show revolving around himself, breaking tradition of the same show being played since 1962.

The Enchanted Tiki Room (Under New Management) replaced Tropical Serenade in 1998. The attraction was broadly disliked and shut down in 2011 following a fire breaking out in the show-room. The attraction was subsequently replaced by Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room.
Summary[]
In the pre-show, guests were entertained by the bickering of Iago and Zazu's Hollywood agents William and Morris perched atop the health-god Citrikua. Following this, they entered the show where José, Fritz, Michael and Pierre attempted to start the show only to be interrupted by Iago. Iago and Zazu would subsequently reveal themselves with Iago deciding he wants to change the Tiki Room's musical-revue which has stayed the same since 1962. Iago's celebrations however anger the tiki goddess of disaster Uh-Oa who would take Iago away and maul him, with him returning burnt and crippled as guests exited.

In the library of the Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Skipper Canteen is a book titled A New Way to Manage Birds by I & Z Management Publications. This reference is however anachronistic given how Under New Management was set around the 1990s.
Trader Sam's[]
Both of these bars contain a drink called the, "Uh-Oa" which results in storms outside the windows of Trader Sam's establishments.
Trader Sam's Grog Grotto[]
In this bar is the repurposed figure of Uh-Oa from Under New Management. When the Uh-Oa is ordered, the lights up and relays audio from the attraction as it storms in the village outside.
Trivia[]
- William mentioned signing the Mighty Ducks from the Disney film of the same name while Morris mentioned being in the talks to sign with Donald Duck.
- Incidentally, The Lion King is often affiliated with Africa at Disney's Animal Kingdom while Aladdin is connected to the Adventureland Bazaar and Tropical Hideaway.
