Biography[]
Skipper Harper was an employee of the Jungle Navigation Company during the 1930s, presumably as a skipper. Harper was in-charge of the JNC's cartography operations. By 1938, Harper had an office within the Jungle Navigation Company's headquarters.

- It is unknown if Skipper Harper connects to or is pseudonymous with Harper Goff's fictional counterpart Prof. Harper Goff from the Adventureland Bazaar.
- A fictionalized "H. Goff" is mentioned as a cartographer in Prince Eric's village at the Magic Kingdom's Fantasyland. Said establishment also has a weathervane depicting the Giant Squid from 20,000 Leagues Under the Sea which was once planned to appear in the Jungle Cruise.
