Richard Reyes or Skipper Richard was a cast-member of Walt Disney World who worked as a skipper at the Jungle Cruise.

- In the Amazon River Base is a photograph commemorating Jay Friesner and Richard Reyes as the Jungle Navigation Company's skippers of the year in 1938. Reyes is mentioned as a member of the company's, "Canteen Crew", alluding to him working in the Jungle Navigation Co. Ltd. Skipper Canteen.[1]
