The parent gorilla is the conjectural name for a gorilla appearing in the Jungle Cruise.
History[]
This gorilla inhabited, "Gorilla Country" of the Congo Basin during the mid-to-late 1930s where it was presumed guardian of a baby gorilla. In 1938, the troop made a raid on a base camp used by the colonial Jungle Navigation Company where this gorilla played with its baby in the tent. It is also possible that when this gorilla was younger, it participated in earlier raids such as that which occurred around 1936.

- Due to there being at-least two different gorilla ransacking incidents, it is possible that there are multiple parent gorillas as the baby would have aged between the incidents of 1936 and 1938.
