Biography[]

Wilhelm II was son of Kaiser Frederick III and Victoria, Princess Royal. Both Wilhelm's grandfather and father died in 1888 resulting in Wilhem II's ascension to the throne. Wilhelm was fixated on cementing Germany as a global power and caused them to become Europe's largest manufacturer. In addition to being imperialist, power obsessed and classist he was also an outspoken anti-semite xenophobe who made enemies with other nations and peoples.

The kaiser's regime would lead to the start of World War I or, "The Great War". During said time, Wilhelm was an absentee ruler who often had his military council rule for him. Following the German revolution, the empire was abdicated with Wilhelm fleeing to the Netherlands. He was not active in German politics during World War II due to his failures having been used by the nazis as a political straw-man, but he sympathized with the anti-Semitic Nazi cause.

Wilhelm died in 1941 of a pulmonary embolism and his corpse was transferred to Germany to be used as propaganda for Hitler.
