Jungle Cruise: Wildlife Expeditions is Tokyo Disneyland's counterpart to the Jungle Cruise. Unlike the other versions of the Jungle Cruise which are themed around campy humour, obscure in-jokes and glamorized depictions of white colonialism, this version of the attraction is predominately themed around ecology and living in balance with nature.

Backstory[]
Development history[]
Jungle Cruise: Wildlife Expeditions is largely similar to the Magic Kingdom's Jungle Cruise. The attraction opened in 1983 as an imitation of Walt Disney World's Jungle Cruise with minor exceptions such as skippers bowing after each joke to adapt skipper humour. In 2014, the attraction was refurbished with an ecological theme and new special effects.
