One of the four audio-animatronic animals in this Harambe show is a giraffe, appearing alongside Simba, Pumbaa and an elephant. The giraffe is represented in the show by the performer Kibibi in a celebration of Simba's reign.
Kilimanjaro Safaris[]
Live Masai giraffe appear in this attraction. A giraffe appears on the sign for the Kilimanjaro Safaris company and a flyer for the Harambe Wildlife Reserve.

Jungle Cruise[]
In the 1950s incarnation of the Jungle Cruise, a pair of giraffes poked their heads out at guests from behind the trees. While these giraffe were removed, three giraffes still appear in the African veldt. The Jungle Cruise's, "Watch the Gap" sign features an illustration of a giraffe attempting to board a boat. The JNC's first ever joke was apparently told by Skipper Winston as, "Here is the giraffe, the only animal in the jungle that looks DOWN upon the others!".

- Skippers would sometimes remark a false factoid about giraffes when passing the two removed giraffes. This was the claim that giraffes were mute while in real-life, they make a bleating noise like a sheep.
