Background[]
Emil Bleehall was born in Sandusky, Ohio to one Emil Bleehall, Sr.. Emil would become a, "Junior Adventurer" with hopes of becoming a famous explorer. In 1937, he attended a New Year's Eve open-house for the Adventurers Club on Pleasure Island in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Here, Bleehall won the Balderdash Cup for telling the best adventuring story and was granted membership to their ranks.

Bleehall was a semi-autobiographical character for imagineer Robert Cox.

A removed feature from the Magic Kingdom's Jungle Cruise had a piece of luggage in the Amazon Boathouse with the tag addressed to Emil Bleehall at, " 9910 Primrose Path, Sandusky, Ohio".
Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar[]
Emil Bleehall is mentioned in a letter sent to Trader Sam by Pamelia Perkins. This letter speaks of Bleehall having left his canteen in Sam's possession while he was out adventuring with the Adventurers Club. Emil's stocking is hung during the Holiday season.
