Attractions[]

Adventure Trading Company[]

The Bird Juju mission of this attraction had guests assist Enchanted Tiki Room affiliate Tiki Kiki Serbano in finding new birds for their musical-revues. One of the required birds to find was, "Waterfowl" of which the two main strategies were to find native California ducks or to photograph Donald and/or Daisy Duck and list them in The Bird Call.[1]

Jungle Cruise[]

The tribal mask marking the entrance to the Mekong boathouse depicts the face of Donald Duck. One of the removed Headhunter warriors also wore a similar mask depicting Donald's face. A removed canoe at the pygmy camp had a figurehead resembling Donald's head. A past construction sign for the Jungle Cruise's refurbishments featured Donald Duck riding a river boat.[2]

Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar[]

A vintage stuffy of Donald Duck used to appear on a shelf in Trader Sam's bar. This was later replaced with a wooden, "Tiki" sculpture depicting Donald Duck which was donated by Kevin Kidney. Additionally, there are various references to Sam having accompanied Walt Disney on his 1941 trip to South America. It was this vacation which inspired Walt to make the film Saludos Amigos in-which Donald was protagonist and which the photo references with the wording of, "Saludos" and, "Animated amigos".

Television[]

Chibi Tiny Tales[]

Donald appeared along with Scrooge McDuck, his nephews and Launchpad McQuack in a short themed around the Jungle Cruise where they raced out of a temple with a golden banana and crashed into the Enchanted Tiki Bar.

Mickey Mouse[]

Donald is amongst the characters riding a Jungle Cruise boat in the short, "Mickey Monkey".

Other connections[]

The Great Movie Ride[]

Donald appeared on hieroglyphics as an ancient Egyptian within the Well of Souls while it was excavated by Indiana Jones.[3] Donald's hand and flipper prints are outside of the Chinese Theatre with the words, "The one and only".[4]

Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room[]

The Hollywood executive bird Morris mentioned lining up a contract signing with Donald while at the Enchanted Tiki Room, after having sold the property to Iago from Aladdin and Zazu from the Lion King. A poster in the Magic of Disney Animation also mentioned Donald as being part of the cast for a film titled Mouse Pacific which was filmed at the Tiki Room and had the Orange Bird as part of its cast. In the Adventure Trading Company, Donald or Daisy could be enlisted by guests as possible future performers for the Tiki Room.
