Cousin Stu is a relative of Trader Sam.

Background[]
Cousin Stu was member of a family of Indigenous South Americans. He may have also been connected to the business Boats and Baits AND Bites!. Cousin Stu was invited to a family dinner along with his cousin, "Trader Sam" and five others who murdered Stu and then cannibalized him as a meat-stew. A photo was taken of the six eating Stu which was later framed and hung up in Sam's bar.

Jokes about someone named Stu being in a pot are made by skippers while passing Boats and Baits AND Bites!. It is possible that Stu was inspired by jokes of Trader Sam and Chief Nah-mee cannibalizing their family-members.
