Clyde or Clyde Birdbrain is a character from the Tropical Serenade. He was an audio-animatronic bird character voiced by Dallas McKennon.

Background[]
Clyde was a toucan who travelled along with his companion Claude. The two would happen upon the supernatural Jungle Rivers of Adventureland, leading them to the African Veldt of North Africa where they encountered many animals. Following this, the two happened upon the Enchanted Tiki Room of Polynesia where they were granted speech (with a Southern accent) and intelligence by the structure's magic.

Clyde and Claude are characters original to the Tropical Serenade incarnation of Walt Disney's Enchanted Tiki Room in Walt Disney World. The two appeared in the pre-show, perched on the fictitious god of health Citrikua who was made to promote the Florida Citrus Commission.

Clyde and Claude tell the story of how they found the Tiki Room via passing through the Rivers of Adventure while passing Jungle Cruise animals and locations. They mention the lion pride, African bull elephant, monkeys, crocodiles and rock python.

Clyde and Claude appear in the pre-show of the Magic Kingdom's Enchanted Tiki Room incarnation, perched upon the horns of Citrikua.
Trivia[]
- In the Enchanted Tiki Room: Under New Management!, Clyde and Claude were turned into William and Morris, the Hollywood managers of Iago from Aladdin and Zazu from the Lion King. In The Enchanted Tiki Room: Get the Fever!, they were used for the band, "2-Can".
