Cinderella Castle is a feature of Fantasyland in the Magic Kingdom of Walt Disney World and Tokyo Disneyland, which is the icon of Walt Disney World.

Backstory[]

The castle is themed to being the French castle home of Princess Cinderella and her prince, where they lived after ever after. The castle is also an icon of Fantasyland, and has an expansive courtyard which is home to different fantasy characters and items such as Prince Charming's Regal Carousel used to train knights, the Sword in the Stone possessing the sword of King Arthur, the Fairytale Garden, and the faire-like entrances for Peter Pan's Flight, It's a Small World, and Mickey's PhilharMagic. Just outside of the castle walls are Fantasyland's Enchanted Forest.

Skipper Canteen[]

Within the Skipper Canteen's library is a book titled, "The Mystery Castle" by Cindy Ella. The name of this book is a tribute to the defunct attraction Cinderella Castle Mystery Tour which ran inside of Tokyo Disneyland's castle.

Virtual Jungle Cruise[]

Cinderella's Castle appeared in the first and last scene, appearing alongside the Matterhorn from Matterhorn Bobsleds.[1]
