Chef Tandaji is a character from the Skipper Canteen.
History[]
Chef Tandaji was a member of the Society of Explorers and Adventurers in the early 20th century. This was a guild of colonial explorers and aristocrats who travelled the world. Tandaji themselves was a chef who studied the cuisine of Africa and wrote a book on the subject titled, "Great Recipes From Africa".
In 1913, the chef went on an expedition on the Irrawaddy River. This mission was later commemorated by the society at a Polynesian outpost. Tandaji attended meetings for S.E.A. at the jungle mansion of one Dr. Albert Falls.
