In the Congo basin is a Lockheed Electra 12A crashed in the jungle. This is the backside of a plane which was supposedly an authentic prop from Casablanca. This prop was purchased for the attraction The Great Movie Ride for a Casablanca oriented scene. Albert Awol further references this film in the audio-loop where he mentions AWOL Airwaves being sponsored by, "Aero-Casablanca: The Airline no-one comes back from".
In Disneyland's Jungle Cruise, Nigel Greenwater plays the song, "As Time Goes By". This is a song popularized by Casablanca which holds significant importance to Rick in the film. In the film, this song represents the romance which Rick had with Ilsa Lund. Additionally, Jungle Cruise imagineer Harper Goff worked as a set-designer on Casablanca.

In this game, Rick Blaine is depicted as a member of the Cruz and DeNyle families which assisted in founding the Jungle Navigation Company.
