The Canyon of the Gods holds the climax of this version of the attraction.

Jungle River Cruise: Curse of the Emerald Trinity[]

This overlay for the attraction also used the Canyon of the Gods for its climax. Here, the gods use their powers to claim one of the three enchanted emeralds from the boat's skipper which the skipper had stolen from the Temple of Immortality. The gods attempt to sink the skipper's boat as punishment for their crimes before the skipper makes a narrow escape.
