Alice Estes Davis (1929-time of writing) is a historic costume-designer and Disney Legend, best remembered for her work with Disney for film and the parks. She was also married to Marc Davis, an imagineer who created character-designs for the Jungle Cruise. Alice herself is best known in the parks for having worked on It's a Small World, Pirates of the Caribbean, Flight to the Moon and Walt Disney's Carousel of Progress.
Jungle Cruise tributes[]
- In the queue for Jungle Cruise: Wildlife Expeditions is a letter from the couple, "Marc" and, "Alice", identified as, "Friends of the Jungle". The letter explains that they went on a Jungle Cruise tour with one Skipper Bob who convinced them to stop using crocodile products.
- In the Skipper Canteen is a book titled A Small World of Traditional Wardrobe by A. Davis.

- On Main Street, U.S.A, Alice has a shared window tribute with Marc Davis. Marc's window seemingly references his work in Adventureland by reading, “Far East Imports – Exotic Art – Marc Davis – Proprietor” while Alice's references It's a Small World, reading, " Small World Costume Co. – Alice Davis – Seamstress to the Stars".[1]
