Alfred Matthew "Weird Al" Yankovic ( (1959is a real-world comedy-musician. He wrote a 2009 song titled Skipper Dan which is about a failed comedian named Dan, stuck working as a cast-member on the Jungle Cruise. The song also criticizes the Jungle Cruise's strict script of dated jokes which no longer allow for skippers to improvise comedy or make more relevant humour.
